href=\"https:\/\/docs.brickfield.ie\/brickfieldenable-teacher\/file-licences-report\/\">File licences report<\/a>.<\/p><p>\u00a0<\/p><p>When the Brickfield Alternate Format setting \u201cRestrict licence\u201c is changed to a value such as \u201cConversion rights reserved\u201d, or similar, then the following filters are applied.<\/p><p>\u00a0<\/p><p>All files which do NOT have the licence specified in the \u201cRestrict licence\u201c setting are available for conversion by anyone, via Brickfield Alternate Formats.<\/p><p>\u00a0<\/p><p>All files which DO have the licence specified in the \u201cRestrict licence\u201c setting\u00a0are not available for conversion by everyone, via Brickfield Alternate Formats. However, users with the profile setting &#8220;Always access alternate formats&#8221; enabled, allows them to convert files with restricted licences.
