competency from the Moodle Competency library.<\/p><p>\u00a0<\/p><p>Additionally, this involves:<\/p><ul><li>Setting up the number of phases and their time periods in assessment.<\/li><li>Setting the scale the users assess against.<\/li><li>Putting students and tutors\/mentors into groups to create 1-1 relationships.<\/li><\/ul><p>\u00a0<\/p><p>A compass activity instance can be populated with competency details in either of two methods:<\/p><ul><li>CSV file upload <strong>OR<\/strong>.<\/li><li>Competency Framework dropdown selection.<ul><li>This dropdown is populated with competency frameworks, as configured in the main Moodle competency framework page.<ul><li>If no frameworks are active, this option will be unavailable.<\/li><\/ul><\/li><li>The competency details are then cloned and stored within the compass activity instance.<\/li><\/ul><\/li><\/ul>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-cecc899 e-con-full e-flex e-con Once your users have started submitting data, you can no longer change this scale.\n<ul> \t\n<li><strong>Please note<\/strong> &#8211; the scale can be either numeric or textual.<\/li><\/ul><\/li>\n \t<li><strong>Scale creation date<\/strong> &#8211; The day, date and time the scale was created.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element competencies<\/strong><b>\u201d <\/b>page shows the user\u2019s competency submission page, with phases in active, or read-only, or unsubmitted mode, depending on their
