Brickfield Education Labs

A collaborative post-it board activity for your Moodle courses

Board gives students a shared space to contribute ideas, links, images, and videos as visual posts organised into columns. Posts are anonymous by default — students see what everyone has contributed, but not who contributed it.

Teachers set up the columns and configure how the board works. Students post into those columns. Comments and ratings can be used, when enabled, to encourage further engagement.

Board works well for brainstorming, reflection exercises, resource sharing, and structured group discussions. It also supports a single-user mode, which gives each student their own private board – useful for individual reflection or formative assessment tasks.
